Returns & Store Credit

We want you and your pet to love every Beni Paws experience.

If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase included. Once your return is received and approved, the corresponding amount will be issued as store credit to your Beni Paws account. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our store. Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

 

To request a return, contact us at info@benipaws.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Certain items including personalized products, sale items, gift cards, and pet care essentials may not be eligible for return. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We carefully review every case to ensure the best possible resolution for you and your pet.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, eligible returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase on Beni Paws.
