If something isnβt quite right, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit.Β To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase included. Once your return is received and approved, the corresponding amount will be issued as store credit to your Beni Paws account. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our store. Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.Β Certain items including personalized products, sale items, gift cards, and pet care essentials may not be eligible for return.
